Thank you for filling out the SICSA Registration form.
Membership is not complete until payment is received in full. To complete the registration process, pay by check, from your online banking service, or by credit card.
To pay by check, credit card, or Venmo
Prices up to March 1, 2024:
- The Premium share is $1,040 using a check or Venmo: @John-Krueger-19 (or $1071 using a credit card on PayPal)
- The Basic share is $860 using a check or Venmo: @John-Krueger-19 (or $885 using a credit card on PayPal)
- The prebagged Medium share is $690 using a check or Venmo: @John-Krueger-19 (or $710 using a credit card on PayPal)
- Eggs are 1 dozen/week =$135, 2 dozen/week = $250, 3 dozen/week = $360, 4 dozen/week = $480, plus a credit card fee if using PayPal
- Fruit is $250 for 14 weeks, plus a credit card fee if using PayPal
- Mushrooms are $240 for 24 weeks, plus a credit card fee if using PayPal
- Flowers are $100 for 10 weeks, plus a credit card fee if using PayPal

The fee for a bounced check is $35.
To pay from your bank
You can pay online from your bank account. Use "Staten Island CSA" for the account name and "SICSA, c/o Jessica Prahl, 43 Ridgefield Ave, SI, NY 10304," for the mailing address.
Please keep in mind:
- All shares must be paid in full by June 1, 2024 to start on June 13.
- Be sure that you have signed up for the newsletter updates to receive important information about the SICSA. The subscription form is on the right side of every page.
